The location by the tranquil river is fantastic, and the staff are incredibly friendly! ! The clean rooms and good views add to a pleasant atmosphere.
Valet parking is steep at $30 nightly, and the lack of amenities like breakfast and gym is disappointing. My room was also not maintained well.

missingWrote a review on 07 Septparking fees
The hotel is undergoing renovations, making the entrance and reception area look a bit rough around the edges. Parking fees hit hard at $30/day, especially when the lot is outside. Hot water wasn't consistent. waiting more than 10 minutes for it was frustrating. The lighting and thermostat designs in the room could use some rethinking, as the thermostat brightness disrupted sleep. The absence of detailed room service options was disappointing, particularly after a long day. Lastly, some minor cleanliness issues, like a dirty balcony, were concerning in an otherwise appealing space.

The King Studio Suite was pretty spacious and had a nice comfortable bed. The river view from the balcony was a definite highlight! Everything felt clean and quiet, which I really appreciated. Staff was friendly too, but I noticed some odd layout choices in the room that were a bit off. Overall, it was a decent stay.

The room offered a comfortable bed and a stunning river view, enhancing the overall experience. While the hotel is conveniently located near downtown and has easy access to a scenic walking trail, the spotty Wi-Fi and lack of accessible outlets posed some challenges. Additionally, the evening staff seemed unhelpful when issues arose, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

Beautiful River Views with a Relaxing Atmosphere
The hotel had stunning views of the Willamette River from my balcony, making it the perfect place to unwind. The access to nature trails encouraged plenty of outdoor activities, and the staff offered helpful recommendations for local eats. However, the toilet in my room could use an upgrade as it felt outdated and slightly rusty.

great location but minor issues with amenities
The location of the hotel was ideal for our needs, making it easy to access nearby attractions. The soundproofed windows and doors significantly reduced road noise, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. I appreciated the comfortable bed that made resting easy after a long day. Additionally, I took a morning stroll along the walking trail by the Willamette, which was delightful.
The hotel did have some minor issues that need attention, particularly regarding the dining options.
